Undervisning, forskning, veiledning og kunnskapsformidling på bachelorstudiet (ingeniør) i havteknologi, masterstudiet i Technology and Safety samt ved PhD-studiet i nautiske operasjoner (som er en nasjonal fellesgrad for maritim forskerutdanning mellom Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU), Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge (USN), Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL) og UiT Norges arktiske universitet).
