    Research interests

    My research focuses on a Long non-coding RNA called NEAT1 and its role on breast cancer.

    Currently, I am working on two projects to explore the signaling pathway of NEAT1 in breast cancer and cellular stress conditions

    1. The role of Nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1 (NEAT1) in HER2-positive breast cancer patients.

    2. NEAT1 signaling pathway upon Autophagy induced conditions.
