    Research interests

    Min forskningsinteresser er knyttet til ulike sider ved religionsfilosofien. Spesielt har jeg vært opptatt av den dynamiske relasjonen mellom det ordinære og det ekstraordinære og fremmede. Denne dynamikken har jeg undersøkt i forhold til det hellige, undring, estetisk erfaring, mystikk og liturgisk feiring. Jeg har videre arbeidet med det onde som teologisk og filosofisk problem. I den sammenheng har jeg også sett nærmere på kroppslig smerte, og hvilken rolle kroppen generelt spiller i teologisk og filosofisk forståelse av inkarnasjon, passivitet, død og oppstandelse. Metodisk står fenomenologi og hverdagsspråksfilosofi sentralt i min forskning.
