Inspired by my PhD project, this article, Challenges for Social Service Coordination. An Interview Study with Frontline Social Workers in Spain delves into the challenges faced by frontline social workers in Spain when implementing work plans (similar to Norway's Individual Plans) for service coordination. I’m incredibly grateful for my amazing collaborators and thrilled to see our work making an impact!
