Traditional invitation to the Oslo Bioinformatics week

For the fourth consecutive time, the Fromm lab was invited to take part in the Oslo Bioinformatics week in the second week of December 2025. This year the exchange students Oscar and Patrick accompanied Bastian and were joined by former student Eirik Høye from Oslo. For the first time, a two day course was taught which covered a new module on microRNA de novo annotation and an overhauled microRNA differential expression part.
