Refund/cancellation policy and transfer rules

  • Cancellation: Registrations cancelled before the registration deadline (May 15, 2027) can be refunded. No refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Transfer: Registrations are transferable to another person up to 7 days before the event. To transfer, email marie-josee.h.halsor@uit.no with the original registrant’s name, the new registrant’s name, and contact details.
  • Organizer cancellation:  If the event is cancelled by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund.

Code of Conduct

The conference is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free environment for all participants. We expect participants to treat each other with respect and courtesy, to be considerate in language, tone, and actions, and to follow venue rules and staff instructions. Please report any breach of code of conduct as soon as possible. 

Privacy & recordings

A full privacy/data-protection statement will be published on the registration page. Submitted abstracts and registration data are processed for conference administration and review.

Any recording or livestreaming plans will be announced in advance, including opt-out procedures.
