This Open Café is organised by UiT as part of the NoCoU project and focuses on Preparedness in Northern Norway: needs, opportunities, and experiences.
Speakers from Tromsø Municipality and other regional actors will share practical insights related to civil security, preparedness, and resilience in the High North. After the short talks, there will be open dialogue.
The event is informal and open to anyone working with safety, security, resilience, emergency management, critical infrastructure, public sector, industry, NGOs, or academia.
Participants are welcome to join with a silly sweater or a touch of Christmas spirit.
