The 1st International Conference on Language, Brain, and Learning: Effects of Multilingualism is dedicated to advancing integrative and interdisciplinary research on multilingualism.

The conference will be organised at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Tromsø, on 24–25  June 2027, and it will bring together scholars from linguistics, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, education and other fields with the explicit aim of developing a unified understanding of how multilingual experience simultaneously shapes language systems, brain organization, and learning processes across the lifespan. Rather than treating these domains as separate areas of inquiry, the conference foregrounds their deep interdependence and will feature contributions that explicitly bridge them.
